This policy applies to visitors of the Website and does not cover data processing related to the Dealdrive virtual data room platform.

When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.

3.2 Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors, and does not collect personal data. It provides us with aggregate statistics such as page views and referral sources.

3.3 What We Do Not Collect

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any technology that identifies or follows individual visitors across sessions or websites.

We use the personal data collected through the contact form to: respond to your inquiry, follow up on sales conversations, and manage our relationship with you. Your submission is delivered to us via Resend (our email delivery provider) and stored in HubSpot (our CRM) and email.

Under the GDPR, we process your personal data on the following bases:

• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): We have a legitimate interest in responding to inquiries submitted through our Website and managing prospective customer relationships.
• Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Where applicable, such as if we send you marketing communications beyond responding to your initial inquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time.
